This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to strictly instruct the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner on the instigation of the respondents No.3 to 5.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent had physical contact with the petitioner and later abandoned. In respect of which, a complaint has been given and the case in Crime No.25 of 2020 was registered. In the mean time, at the instigation of the third respondent, the other respondents are pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint and the police Officer is also harassing him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3301 of 2021 4.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner investigation is going on, during the course of investigation, some of the allegations with regard to the character of the petitioner was made and only on that account, the Investigation Officer enquired the petitioner and there was no harassment.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with Investigation Officer.
