Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women from Harassment Act, in Crime No.81 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that this petitioner did not appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, on 18.12.2014, on account of which, the learned Magistrate has issued non-bailable warrant.

3. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall decide the bail application on the same day and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
