Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Heard Mr.P.Rajendra Babu, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.The petitioner herein was working as a part time Sweeper in the second respondent/Branch Library, for about eight years from 2006 to 2014. His contention is that even though he had served without giving any room for a complaint, he was stopped from discharging his duties. It is also his contention that due process of law was not followed. Therefore, in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 27.01.2018 to the first respondent, seeking, reinstatement.

4.This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondents to pass orders one way or the other.

5.The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
