ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement the recommendations of the second respondent in proceedings Ni.Mu.No.3953/2022/A3, dated 08.06.2023 pertaining to rectification of errors in the patta based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2024. The second respondent has already conducted an enquiry and forwarded the file to the third respondent for passing orders. The third respondent has not passed any final orders despite the proceedings, dated 08.06.2023. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders taking into account the recommendations of 2/4
