PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondents impugned letter for Loan Account No. 126703951100013 for Rs.21,81,528.10 dated 18.02.2022 and the respondent's consequential impugned letter for loan Account No. 126703290504009 for Rs.2,48,772.44 dated 18.02.2022 stating that they will deduct 1/3rd of the pension amount from the petitioner account No.126701000006966 from 01.03.2022 as illegal and quash the same, within the period as stipulated by this Court. 1/4

This writ petition is filed as against the impugned communication issued by the respondent Bank stating that they will deduct the loan amount from the petitioner's pension account. 2.Today(11.09.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 28.08.2023 that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent Bank has already been settled. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
