This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.02.2018, passed by the second respondent directing the petitioner to vacate the premises.

2.Today when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner has already vacated the premises on 01.03.2018 itself.

3.Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit filed by the petitioner before the Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD) Nos.4638 and 4639 of 2018 are closed.
