O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they assigned CSR No.161 of 2024 and then, they conducted enquiry and the same was also closed on 06.12.2024. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Considering the limited scope of his prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, even without issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

4. Since the fourth respondent lodged a complaint before the third respondent police as against the petitioner, they conducted enquiry and that the same was also closed. Further, according to the respondent police, they have not harassed the petitioner.

5. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
