ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(ii) and 497 of I.P.C., in C.C.No.92 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented that the trial Court had issued Non-Bailable Warrant against this petitioner on 12.02.2013.

3. Since the police have not been able to arrest the petitioner even after two years, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall decide the bail application on the same day and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
