ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.411 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai for offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 324, 506(ii) r/w. 34 I.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, a joint compromise memo has been filed informs of the matter amicably having been settled, in which, both the petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant and also their respective counsel signed.

4. In such circumstances, accepts the memo of compromise, charge sheet filed in C.C.No.411 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai stands quashed.
