O R D E R

This petition has been filed in the year 2014. In the previous hearing, .i.e., on 12.01.2018, Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, Advocate represented that one of the Advocates appearing for the petitioner namely Mr.V.S.Balamurugan, was appointed as Judicial Officer and hence he requested to post the matter on some other day. Since another Advocate namely, Mr.P.Samuvel Gunasingh also filed vakalat for the petitioner, he could conduct the case and therefore, this Court has passed an order directing the petitioner to send private notice to the respondent through RPAD. But, the petitioner has not sent notice to the respondent, which shows that the petitioner is not willing to conduct the case. 2.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected MP(MD)No.1 of 2014, is closed.
