ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners and their family members and to their property in RS.No.206/3, situated at 12/1, Raghavambalpuram, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the representation of the first petitioner dated 07.02.2020 and to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the registered post and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.No.03/GRS/C3P3/20 dated 20.01.2020 and due enquiry will be conducted after calling all the parties by issuing summons and based on the outcome of the enquiry, suitable action will be taken. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3471 of 2020 are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 29.02.2020.
