Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9795/D3/2015 dated 04.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction personal pay of Rs.750/- notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefits with effect from 01.01.2011 as per G.O.Ms.No.23 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 12.01.2011. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.P.MAHARAJAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.V.PANEER SELVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 720 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.V.Paneer Selvam, learned counsel for the respondent. 2/4

3.Though the reasons set out, do not satisfy the requirements of law, considering the fact that the pandemic intervene, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only), to be paid to the respondent/writ petitioner on or before 30.08.2024.

4.On such payment, Registry is directed number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
