ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 28.01.2015, this court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar with the further direction to the learned Magistrate to issue notice to Hindi Premi Mandal and transfer the said sum to the account of the said Mandal. The matter was posted today for reporting compliance.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo enclosing the copy of the receipt evidencing deposit of the sum of Rs.10 Lakhs before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

3. The learned counsel for the intervenor also accepts the same.

4. Under such circumstances, the anticipatory bail granted is made absolute.
