The petitioner is the husband of one Mary and he has filed this petition since his wife along with the child has gone missing on 21.04.2024 and she could not be traced by the respondent police inspite of lodging a complaint in Crime No.6 of 2024 dated 25.01.2024.

2. The respondent police based on the complaint, has traced the wife and the child of the petitioner herein and produced them before this Court.

3. The wife of the petitioner states that due to some misunderstanding, she has left the home and now wants to join the

husband / petitioner herein. The petitioner is also present before this Court and agreed to take back his wife and the child.
