This petition has been filed praying to quash the C.C.No.78 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.I, Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent.
