The representing counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present and hear.

As per the direction of this Court in Crl.M.P.(md)No.9961 of 2017 dated 03.11.2017, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.28,100/- on 06.11.2017 towards 50% of arrears of maintenance and proof of payment is also filed.

Hence, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount from the court deposit on filing proper application. Interim stay already granted is made absolute. This petition is allowed.
