Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to change/shift the premises of driving school of the petitioner in his license No.1/TN48/TRY/2013 as "No.1, Plot No.53, J.K.Nagar, Piratiyoor, Trichirappalli District - 620 009" in the place of old premises "No.15-C, Trunk Road, T.V.Kovil, Trichirappalli - 620 005" by considering representation dated 29.11.2017 of the petitioner.

2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner is running a driving school. It is a licensed one. Due to certain reasons, the petitioner wants to shift the same to a new address. It falls within the jurisdiction of the third respondent. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 29.11.2017. Till date, the third respondent has not passed any orders.

4.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2017 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
