ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor under the Contempt of Courts Act for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.198 of 2021 dated 03.01.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report has been filed on 18.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Uthamapalayam and taken cognizance in C.C.No.367 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
