RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 7451 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 9707 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.MOHAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is complying the modified condition of weekly once ie., on every Sunday from 03.09.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and also considering the reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, as and when required.
