RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.2 police station, daily at 5.00 P.M until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.9654 of 2016 dated 23.6.2016 in Cr. No.38 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners 3 and 4/A.4 and A.5 have not complied with the condition after 21.07.2016 and the other petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioners 1, 2 and 5 to 23 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1, 2 and 5 to 23 are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this petition is dismissed as against the petitioners 3 and 4/A.4 and A.5.
