ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17226 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 with regard to the condition of directing the petitioner to appear before the police daily at 10.30 am as mention in Clause (b) of the said anticipatory bail order.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17226 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mattuthavani Police Station, Mattuthavani, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
