No.135 of 2020 Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Thiru C.MYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Thiru.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd Respondent in H.S.(M) Confdl.No.11/2020, dated 28/01/2020 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the Detenue namely Arockiya Ravi, S/o. Kulandaisamy aged about 47 years ,now detained at Central Prison Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 27/03/2020 Friday, the Twenty Seventh day of March Two Thousand and Twenty to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
