No.136 of 2020 Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Mr.C.MAYILVAHANARAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd Respondent in H.S.(M) Confdl. No.10/2020 dated 28.01.2020 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the Detenue namely MANI @ MANIRAJ,MALE, S/O.THANGARASU, AGED ABOUT 43 YEARS, (now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai) before this court and set him at liberty.
