PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent No. 1 to instruct the respondent no. 2 herein to not to interfere in civil transaction on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent No. 1 to instruct the respondent no. 2 herein to not to interfere in civil transaction on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.02.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
