(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN.,J) The mother of 36 years old man is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce him before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The respondents-Police on registration of an FIR in Crime No.608/2024 on 18.11.2024, had traced the man, who left the family due to financial crisis and he is brought to this Court.

4.Since there is no case made out for illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
