RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11107 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 in Crime No.299/2017 on the file of the IOP, Kayatharu Police Station, Tuticorin District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SBALAJI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both side.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent Police submitted that only 22 days, the petitioners are not complying the conditions imposed by this Court in this Criminal Original petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the gravity of offence said to have been committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl O.P(MD).No.11107 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
