Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

3. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to permit the petitioner Mini Stage Carriage No.TN 76 AM 9632, on the deviated route ie., Bangalow Surandai to V.K.Pudur forthwith by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.01.2020.

4. It is stated that the petitioner is a Mini Stage Carriage Operator in the route Surandai to V.K.Pudur via Alagapuripattinam, Keela Surandai, Thayar Thoppu, Veeranam, Mannur and Anai rivu. Since there was a hurdle in operating the vehicle near Bangalow Surandai to Thayar-Thoppu, the petitioner approached this Court to permit the petitioner to operate his Mini Stage Carriage vehicle in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.4190 of 2020 the deviated route ie., Bangalow Surandai to V.K.Pudur. The said writ petition was allowed. However, now the respondent directed the petitioner to operate the vehicle in the primary route given by the respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent to redress his grievance on 13.01.2020. The said representation is still pending. Hence, this writ petition.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
