ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.04.2024 in reference No. CTV 24163101 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.04.2024 and they will complete the enquiry within 15 days and to act in accordance with law.
