O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to shift the petitioner's father Murugan from Central Prison, Trichy to Government Medical College Hospital, Trichy or any other private Hospital in Trichy for giving proper treatment to him.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the prayer of the petitioner has been considered and the father of the petitioner has been shifted to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Trichy on 19.02.2020.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is infructuous. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
