This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.717 of 2026, dated 20.01.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 20 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 20 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.717 of 2026, dated 20.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
