Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the 1st respondent to hand over investigation to a competent officer of to the 2nd respondent to conduct independent enquiry and register a First Information Report, conduct investigation and file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a specific time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court on the complaint petition dated 27.01.2015. ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2015 and lay the charge sheet according to law within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions submits that the case has been registered in Crime No.25 of 2015 under Sections 420 and 467 of I.P.C. She further submitted that the final report will be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above said submission, the third respondent is

directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2015, and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
