ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. 2.The second respondent has submitted an application before the first respondent for effecting mutation of revenue record. It is not known if the name of the religious institution originally figured in the revenue record. 3.Be that as it may, I am not inclined to entertain any challenge at the notice stage itself. The first respondent should not remain content with eliciting answers from the writ petitioner in response to the questionnaire. The petitioner is of course at liberty to submit a statement before the first respondent. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. The first respondent is duty bound to consider all the contentions that may be raised by the petitioner and the order that may be passed by the first respondent should demonstrate application of mind and consideration of all the contentions of the writ petitioner.

4.With these observations and leaving open the defenses of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
