Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.Heard S.Muthalraj, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent.

4.This Writ Petition has been filed by one Janaki,who claims to be the legally wedded wife of one M.Arumugam, a retired employee of BSNL. He was a pensioner. He passed away on 29.07.2016. It appears that the said Arumugam had nominated one Savithri in his service records.

5.The petitioner submits that she is entitled to disbursement of family pension. In fact, the petitioner as well as the said Savithri claim to reside under the same roof. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.This Court, therefore, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in Form-14 dated 21.06.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
