ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to measure the property in Survey No.107/6A, measuring to an extent of 5 cents, situated at Muthoor Village Group, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, he has purchased a property in Survey No.107/6A, measuring to an extent of 5 cents, situated at Muthoor Village Group, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, on 12.01.2015. Thereafter, a patta has been issued in his favour and in order to measure the above property, the petitioner has filed an application before the first respondent on 24.08.2017 and he has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2017 and measure the property, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
