P.C., praying this Court to direct the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge and (Special Court for SC/ST Act (POA) Act, Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application and grant bail on the same dt.of surrender itself. ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Balasubramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate(Crl. This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge and (Special Court for SC/ST Act (POA) Act, Tirunelveli, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16045 of 2022, dated 09.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
