Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner is employed as Headmaster in the fourth respondent/School. He was visited with major punishment by orders of the fourth respondent. Questioning the same, he has preferred an appeal before the first respondent.
