This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking for a direction to respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No. 44 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other police official other than the respondent No.2 for proper investigation and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file protest petition before the concerned court.
