O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 650 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on her complaint, the present FIR has been registered. However, proper investigation has not been conducted and no action has been taken. Therefore, the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.650 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 296(b), 351(3) of BNS and Section 67 of IT Act, 2008, on the file of the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 650 of 2024 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
