: Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O(D).No.62, Home (Pol.IVA) Department dated 10.01.2018 and quash the same pertaining to the punishment imposed by the 4th respondent inL2/PR79/2008 dated 12.11.2008 and direct the 2nd respondent to provide the increment of two years since 12.11.2008 to the petitioner.
