This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records in C.C.No.225/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakottai, Dindigul District and quash the same.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. But however, considering the age of the petitioners 2 and 3, the personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 3 is dispensed with before the trial Court. Let the trial be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
