Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 9 herein to initiate appropriate proceedings both criminal and disciplinary against the respondents 11 to 17 for their misuse of power, brutal attack, police excess and atrocity committed while discharging their official capacity by putting up false case and further direct to pay Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation to the petitioner by investigating complaint of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

When this Court is about to dismiss this petition on seeing the prayer and has also found that this case is nothing but motivated in order to coerce the public servant, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks to withdraw this petition.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
