Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of birth certificate.

3. It is stated that it is required to enable the petitioner's daughter to write the board exam in March 2023. The petitioner has given an application in this regard.

4. The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and dispose it of within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
