ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb for using 12 ft pathway to reach the petitioner's property in S.No.2551/1 which is situated at Ethakovil 2/5

Village, Andipatty Bit-II, Andipatty Taluk, Theni District as per the Judgment & decree granted in O.S.No.116 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Andipatty in the nature and circumstances of the case.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent and the same would be considered on its own merits by summoning the private respondents herein.

3. He would further submit that there existed pathway dispute between the parties and in view of the continuous trouble, the petitioner has made the above said representation, it will be considered on its own merits.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on its own merits within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry further action may be taken. 3/5

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
