The revision petitioners / appellants filed this revision to direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, to return the original papers in A.S.No.20 of 2020 as per the fair and ex parte made in I.A.No.24 of 2021 in A.S.No.20 of 2020 by the dated 03.02.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. No adverse order passed against the respondents and hence, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the appeal was returned on 03.02.2022 in I.A.No. 24 of 2021 in A.S.No.20 of 2020 and hence, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.413 of 2022 Palani is directed to return the original appeal papers to the petitioners / appellants.

4. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
