(CRIME. NO.179/2016) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11835 of 2016 dated 25.7.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition with regard to appearance before the respondent police, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11835 of 2016, dated 25.07.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioners have been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners are college going students and therefore they are unable to comply with the said condition and therefore he prays for modification.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are college going students, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11835 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. until further orders and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
