O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner by frequently summoning to appear before the respondents police under guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents police frequently issued summon to the petitioner to appear before the respondents police for enquiry even at the night hours.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents/respondents 4 and 5, they registered the FIR in Crime No.165 of 2025 and the same is under investigation. For the investigation purpose only, they searched the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Since FIR has been registered in Crime No.165 of 2025 and for the investigation purpose, the respondent police searched the petitioner. Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 18.02.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi.
