This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.19 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.19 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD) No.19 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
