ORDER

The petitioners have filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 11.02.2020 passed in I.A No. 8 of 2019 in M.L.O.P.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since no adverse order passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. The said Interlocutory Application in I.A.No. 8 of 2019 was filed by the petitioners under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC to amend the main petition in M.L.O.P.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai. Since the petitioners have not shown the particulars of amendment, the said amendment petition was dismissed by the trial Court. Hence, they have to to file a fresh application.

4. For the same ground, this Civil revision petition is also dismissed by confirming the order, dated 11.02.2020 passed in I.A No. 8 of 2019 in M.L.O.P.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai. However, the petitioners are given liberty to file a fresh amendment petition and on such filing, the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
