RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable High Court by its order date 15.7.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No 10814 of 2016 to the extent of permitting the petitioner to comply the very same condition by appearing before any other police station within dindigul district instead of appearing before the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUL JENIFER, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANNITHEVAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is facing threat from the family members of the defacto complainant in this case, whenever he is going to Karur Police Station for complying the condition, already imposed on him, he pleaded to change the Police Station to comply the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Dindigul North Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 04/08/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
