Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10960 of 2017.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
